Job Description

The Partnerships Associate will work closely with Senior Manager Partnerships and New businesses, the wider loyalty team to assist in the execution of the partnership’s strategy; assisting in management of loyalty partners to drive incremental revenue, enhancing the customer experience ,broaden the customer base and to deepen knowledge of the customer to achieve the programme’s vision

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in partnership/Customer Experience related roles or any relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree, additional role related qualification preferred
  • Ability to prepare and support in business cases, proposals to prospective partners and legal agreements
  • Charismatic with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Professional and confident to represent Majid Al Futtaim to external stakeholders
