BMS Technician Job

This role is responsible for performing a range of instrumentation and controls equipment maintenance for the HVAC and maintenance systems throughout the facility as well as the repair and maintenance of the BMS network.

• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance tasks are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and correctly recorded.
• Maintaining existing building management systems by fixing errors, running tests and updating software.
• Repairing a range of equipment and machinery involved in BMS.
• Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system.
• Assessment of the condition of the BMS and its network
• Formulating and controlling future repair programs with allocated budgets, whilst negotiating at a management level with suppliers and external contractors and other relevant organization
• Ensure that the standard of workmanship is maintained throughout the properties to comply with the Five Star rating of Service.
• Meet with Contractors for any maintenance or repairing works.
• Coordinate, monitor, and check contractors work development.
• Coordinate with other departments pertaining to Engineering works that may affect their operation
