In EMEA alone BTP represents a 1BN Euro business supporting The Acceleration BTP Customer Success Partner (CSP) role is responsible for providing technical advisory and guidance to the implementation leaders in their assigned accounts to ensure activation and adoption of the portfolio
Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management
- Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
- You have strong communication, analytical, presentation and account management skills.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in particular S4/HANA.
