Job Description

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join their extraordinary team As a DCDP under the general direction of the Executive Chef or Head Chef, and within the limits of established IHG, local hotel policies & procedures, you will Support the Section Chef by preparing, presenting, storing, and serving a selection of dishes

Requirements:

  • We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team
  • Previous experience in similar role preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage
  • Communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
