Graphic Designer Job

Assist the Marketing Manager by actively engaging in designing of marketing collaterals for all properties including hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, and future hospitality projects.

• Provide collateral design for all JA Resorts & Hotels properties of an excellent standard that achieve the marketing objectives within a granted timeframe.
• Design e-mail shots, e-invitations as indicated by the Marketing Manager or /and Ecommerce Manager.
• To ensure all marketing material/designs/images are approved by the Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales & Marketing prior to official external use.
• Carry out photography and/or videography of internal events and promotional products (i.e. dishes, in – house areas, activities etc.) as and when required by the Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing or Director of Sales & Marketing; retouch and arrange photographs to ensure high quality of images.
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Safety.
• Train on emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Immediately report security incidents, accidents and near misses to the attention of the Line Manager.
