Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Event Security in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone in Dubai Assistant Operations Manager is responsible to assist in the implementation and maintenance of all standard site operating policies, procedures and protocols relating to bar/club and new business operations and to take responsibility for the deployment and mobilization of all contract staff, whilst ensuring that all Supervisors carry out their duties effectively and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 10 years bar/club and/or event experience
  • High school education
  • Proficient in word, excel, presentations, risk assessments, negotiation skills, report writing, commercial awareness and customer relations management
