Job Description

Wood is currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We will consider applicants for UAE nationals only Support with the administration of pre award activities including support to the proposals team in terms of preparing tender documents and associated commercial proposals Support with the administration of post contract activities, including ensuring that the contract is set up correctly in the appropriate business system, PAAFs and project specific commercial administration and commercial administration files are established and maintained

Requirements:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, quantity surveying, or similar discipline 
  • Working knowledge and experience of commercial administration and procedures
