Job Description

As Guest Experience Agent, your main responsibilities will be related to all activities relevant to the Front of the House operations such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries. Welcoming guests with a smile and providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions. Handling guest inquiries, supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages and parcels to the guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role required. Customer service and excellent English communication skills, additional languages preferred. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
