Job Description

To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost effective and efficient manner to enhance safe patient care To ensure a positive patient care experience by developing employees and creating an environment for team engagement . 

Requirements:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute
  • Essential: At least 5 years’ nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital/clinic
  • Application of the nursing scope of practices as stipulated in the regulatory framework
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant external standards and manage compliance to these standards
