Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you as Junior Sous Chef to join our restaurant & enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina As a Junior Sous Chef you are responsible to works alongside Head chef & Chef De Cuisine to manage daily kitchen activities including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 5* city hotel in Dubai and has strong capabilities in handling multiple tasks & organizing
  • detail-oriented and, understanding of HACCP, proven track record of cost control including food, equipment’s, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel’s financial goals
  • Also must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a teama
