Job Description

WSP is looking for Graduate Civil Engineers to join our graduate program in the UAE. The roles are opened for nationalization purpose In this role, you will work in close collaboration with experienced engineers to conceptualize, plan, and design diverse civil engineering projects, in alignment with industry standards and regulations Your day could also involve visiting the site and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information, or meetings with the team about the scope and progress of projects The graduate program will provide opportunities for specialized training on several industry-specific topics which include cutting-edge content, workshops, and webinars to keep you updated with the latest trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • You recently graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • You want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
  • You have confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively
