Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Manager – Cash Operationsto join our Transguard Cash in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone in Dubai The Manager-Cash Operations is responsible for the overall management, smooth running, and control of cash operations in Dubai and Northern Emirates. This role includes the management, planning, and organization of all operational activities, including staff management, regulatory compliance, and administrative functions of cash operations, ensuring timely, safe, and quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in the security industry, military, or police sectors
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience, including leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, IT, or business administration
  • Technical knowledge of Cash in Transit (CIT) and ATMs
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
